    In the morning, since I'm always extremely tired and blah, I take a dropper full (about 1ml) of b12 and sit it under my tongue for at least 30secs. It's not instant but it provides a really good dose of energy shortly after :) My husbands cousin is a pharmacist and told me that helps.
