    8 watts is 8 watts...right?

    I do 2 - 4 second cig puffs on stock heads for all my clearos. If I had a clearo that didn't do that I don't use it anymore and they are 1.8 - 2.4ohm each. My igol is at 2.2ohm and get good short puffs, thicker wire takes a bit to heat up but don't use it anymore myself.

    I go thru a few 18350 most days on a single coil at a higher resistance. The battery still has decent life left in it but my mech is currently kicked so it tells me to change the battery pretty early.

    I believe evic would be an 18650, which is allot of stored power if something goes wrong. You can check the ohm on your evic. You should always check your coil after making one especially when your first getting in rebuildables.

    Ahh OK the pic wasn't very clear looked like a thick part at the bottom of the protank that screwed off but is probably a thread cover or something. I didn't realize the spinners were that fat looks good with a protank.

    If it makes you feel better protanks are even worse for sucking up liquid XD. Its a small tank so will empty faster, but 2 ml in 16 hours is allot less than I go thru normally. Any device that vapes well is using more liquid.

    Well I wouldn't say all clearos leak but the bottom coils sure do pretty easily. I haven't had to even clean off the battery contact on my twists while using my vision vivi nova minis besides from one bad head that leaked. After a few months I still have some of the original heads in them aswell.

    Doesn't hurt to try something else, a carto tank might be another option to try. I don't prefer them but many love them, the only trick is properly priming them after that your all set.
