After noticing a lot of people on the forum recommend ordering from fasttech, i checked out the site, liked the prices and put together a pretty long list of items that i planned to order from them next week. Now i'm seeing quite a few people who say they would not recommend fasttech. Can anyone give me any pros/cons about them based on personal experience?

P.S. I'm new to the forum...I hope i'm not doing anything wrong by asking about a specific vendor

The ce6 aren't made well I'll never use them almost unusable from restricted airlflow almost no airflow. The ce4+ work well and are just like any other decent ce4. The ego batteries seem decent haven't tested them much since I'm giving them to my sister to try out next time I see her. Got a k100 its the same as you can get locally but costs allot less.

I have another order on its way from them so would buy from them again. The reviews are filtered so best to ignore them.

Some of their stuff is knock off, so make sure you inspect the listing thoroughly. Yes, their shipping is SLOW...average is about 1.5 - 2 weeks, so if you're not in a hurry to get your stuff...go right ahead. Some of their prices just can't be beat. They do have a good return policy on most items, but I haven't had to use this with the two orders I've placed with them.

shipping is extremely slow so I probably wont use them again esp if its something i wanted fast.

Thanks...yeah I did factor the longer shipping time into my decision; i think they ship from hong kong. I definitely wouldn't order anything from them that that i needed right away. Mostly i just want to be sure that i'm not buying knockoffs or defectives.

ya, I ordered evods from them assuming they were kanger, guess thats not the case. Owell it was cheap so ill see how it does and probably just go ahead and order a kanger evod as well

Knockoffs is what i was a little concerned about. So if they specifically state the make & model of the product, can i feel safe that it is the genuine article?

Not everything on Fasttech is a knockoff. There are name brands as well. I did get a faulty item, I sent it back, they refunded my money it was easy. They paid for the return shipping after I uploaded a copy of my receipt. I did get their evod knockoffs and I am happy to report they work for me. I do make purchases online and at B&M. It all depends on need, or just want. If the price is within reason at a B&M I love giving them my business.

It's mostly their clearomizers and cartomizers that are iffy on being the real deal, so I wouldn't order any clearos or cartos from them. I got both of my Vamos and my batteries (Panasonics) and my charger (nitecore) from them...all legit. Also got a memory card for my phone that is still working like a champ.

I've been eye-balling the iTaste SVD mod...such a good price, but that will have to wait for a bit...maybe my two-month analog free gift to myself.

I've placed close to 30 orders with them, never a problem. Yes, some of their stuff are knockoffs, some don't work too whippy (and neither will the USA vendors), but their prices are good, shipping is fine with me, and their warranty is excellent (you ship a defective item to Florida if you live in the states).

it is what it is...if you don't mind knock offs then yes...if you want name brand then no...
you get what you pay for...don't expect top notch, top of the line for dirt cheap prices...

i've made 2 orders, one shipped and out of that first order had a doa item that they are replacing and sending out with my 2nd order....
first order was here within a week but I did pay the what  $1 fee to have it shipped faster...

but keep in mind that it's not always fasttech's issue of the slow shipping...they are shipping from china to wherever you are so it could be stuck in customs...
but yes it seems to be a 50/50 with shipping speed for people

all I can say as in many other threads/posts read the description carefully...a vivi nova, evod, protank, ect doesn't mean it's the real deal...it's a knock off..unless it actually says the name brand it is not name brand...

but for the price, free shipping and 80% from what I've read good customer support they are worth giving a try and is a cheap way to test things to see what will work for you and what won't and then if you just don't care for fasttech buy the real thing from another vendor of the items you've found you liked.

Heck yes! Love FT. As long as you understand you may not get high end stuff and it will take 1-2 weeks to get. Most of my orders have come in 8 or 9 days. Not too bad. I've gotten batteries, drippers, iPhone charger cords, spare auto keys, and clearos from them. Considering some ceramic knives too.
Had a Vivi Nova and a couple Cobra RBAs that were junk, but everything else is in service. Waiting for a few drippers now.
Pros: inexpensive, quick service, large selection, new items daily, consumer friendly, takes PayPal.
Cons: long delivery time (shipments stall at US port authority, not FT), some items are cheap knock-offs.

That's about all I can think of. It seems I've always got something on the way from FT.

It is very clear from the title, description and discussions on the FT site if the product is generic or a brand name. My iTaste vv is genuine iTaste, as are my Kanger ProTanks. My eGo batteries are generic and really good value IMHO.

I've had three orders arrive from FT and am very pleased with the things I've bought. Most of it would have been totally unavailable to me, given where I live.

Like any online or offline purchase, we do need to read the descriptions and do some decent market research.

I would love to shop at a B&M too, but as far as i know, there is only 1 in my my entire state. Lol if i had the money to do it, i would open my own...the market is wide open here.
