    Are your teeth white yet?

    My teeth are still yellow but it's only been 8 months or so. When I asked my dentist about this he advised me to brush gently so I don't end up peeling off the enamel that makes teeth white and that the whiteness is less important than the root and gums.

    Do you really feel better with the switch?

    As someone who suffers from Asthma I definitely feel better. When I was on the stinkies I'd use my inhaler every day, now I hardly use it at all. I feel more energetic, less stressed out by the constant worry over my health and no longer smell like an ashtray.
