So over the weekend my buddy asked me to try a new juice he found. Muffin man, Im sure you've heard of it. Its a 3mg juice. I normally vape 0 nic and when I first switched over, I just kept with it. Now that Ive had the 3 nic juice, I cant vape my 0 nic and feel satisfied anymore. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?

Well, no, but I wouldn't worry about it.
I've cut down to 6mg and am thinking about going up to 8mg because of the health benefits of nicotine (and I have a disease that specifically will benefit from it). At 3mg, your dosage is so low, I would not worry about it at all. I would not raise it again though, without good cause.

I went down to 0 when I first joined this board, because of concern about a health condition and low threshold for over-niccing. There was a lack in my vaping, mental fogginess, and a fear of returning to smoking, so I started 3mg. It satisfies, even though it is negligible. I see others are happy there, too. I have stayed at that level for over a year.
I switch around from 0-6, I find different flavors and mixtures require more or less nicotine to enjoy.
I bounce from 3-6. I have 4 tanks right now, 2 filled with 3mg, 2 with 6mg. Whatever, 3mg is really low, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe get some 0 also and use a little of both.
Even if you ask? Some places, even if not listed, will mix for your specific need. Can't hurt to ask....
3mg maybe low on a normal tank but put that juice in a subtank with 0.5 coil and wow!
I started out at 18 mg and now 3 years later I have settled around 4 mg. The cravings went away a long time ago but I just like the certain "bite" that the nic gives the flavor of the juice.

I started out with zero, but slowly moved up to 6mg before going down to 3mg. 6mg was too much, but 3mg worked great to help with my mental fogginess and feeling more awake. IMO it's perfectly fine, like going from decaff to caffeinated.
I started vaping years ago at 12mg and worked down to 0 for awhile; just recently with all the new studies on nicotine I've reintroduced nic at a low level, 2-3mg. With the throat hit back I can hardly use 0 now since I don't feel anything on the inhale.
I started with 24 in a Nautilus. Now I typically sub ohm 3 mg. I recently slipped and started smoking some so I'm upping my nic. I'm vaping a 6mg at the moment in a Herakles and it's satisfying. Think I'm going to always sub a 6 and keep some 12 in a Nautilus for bad craving. The tight draw of a Nautilus seems to simulate a analogs for me
