Volt meter- Bat. test under load. What does this mean?
My volt meter has a function for testing under load. It had two settings. 1.5v and 9v. The nine volt does nothing. The 1.5v takes .05v off the current reading my Kgo is showing of 3.94v, Showing 3.89. It does the same on a battery closer to 3.7. It always shaves .05v off. Wondering if there is...- Charlz
