This is the first time I have ever taken to submitting a grievance with a company in an online forum.
I ordered a mod from Vaporlips for my husband in September 2015. I paid in full for my purchase and my husband was excited about the order we had made.
Fast forward 17 months later...
I am having a similar problem with my vaporflask. i have 2 sets of brand new he2 2500's and an older set of vct 5's and when they are at a full charge i get the "weak battery" alert and it wont fire over 10 watts in tc or normal mode. I guess ill be contacting evolve as well.
i just rolled another wick and oxidized it for about 15 minutes, now im getting the nasty metal taste again with low vapor... maybe ill just stick with the vivi novas
will a higher grade or lower grade wick produce better wicking with 70/30 pg juice? my did came with 325 and 400 mesh and i think 38 kanthal wire? the site is down so im not sure. ive been using the 400 mesh rolled about as tight as i could get it and snipped the tip at an angle.
ive got a provari and honestly i never vape at 6v. i only have 1 atomizer (my did genesis) that i even vape at 5v. most atomizers will use less than 4.8v so i say the twist is a good buy. that being said i have heard good things about the kgo and the display is nice. but ive heard the button...
thanks for the help. im getting her a 650 mah twist and a tiny 400 may ego in pink with a vison mini 2ml and vision v3 clearomizer. anybody have suggestions on low throat hit juices? she said most of my juice hurts her throat.
so im thinking of buying my girlfriend a small ego twist since she's expressed some interest and shes a smoker. but i know she wont use anything like my bulky provari or 900 mah ego twist with 3.5 ml vivi nova.
so can anyone suggest a good ce3/4 type tank that fits flush on an ego?
why get a provape when the provari exists? its the same thing with vv and built in resistance tester. sure you save $70 but if your dropping 130 on it you might as well go all in.
provape/provari is the real deal. one of the best if not the best on the market, but you dont have to start with a $200 pv. i suggest an ego twist with a vivi nova tank. its a hasle free setup that will last you more than a day without having to refill. you can get both for under $50. juice is...
it seems to be wicking better with the screw out but vapor production and taste still isnt the greatest. im getting a way better vape from my old vivi nova
the mesh is 400 i think and the juice is mostly pg. my wick doesn't completely fill the hole so i dont think thats the problem. maybe the mesh is too fine?
so i just got my did in the mail and i cant get it working properly. the wick seems to dry out and i get a bad metalic taste with not much vapor. when i drip juice on to the top of the wick it works great for a few hits until it is dry again. any tips on how i can get the wick to draw more juice?
the way around the noob forum is to post 5 times. welcome a noob, ask a question or anything you like. a lot of the vets actually hang around in the new members forum.
I hear the vivi nova is a really good buy. a clearomizer seems more hassle free (no cartomizer punching) and less likely to leak. still waiting on mine in the mail.
genesis style atomizers are pretty much an atomizer tank. they only use steel mesh and wire. the down side is they are pretty expensive, but they last forever. you just have to change the mesh and wire out.
ego batteries are a great starting point but imo the ego t tanks were awful. try out a low resistance 306 with an atomizer and keep looking for your favorite juice. the 306 will give you much more flavor, vapor and throat hit.
also you may want to consider switching to a higher nicotine...
