Just bought a Aspire Ego-threaded after trying it at my local VapeNY shop for $17 + tax. Didn't know anything about it. Came home, watched Psuardo's video, and went back to the shop. I knew I was paying a premium but I really needed something new as my other tanks were starting to "fail". Didn't...
@djsvapour
I understand where you're coming from. I'm using a PV and have shared them with my GF. They're simply too big to carry and use in her mind. I'm still trying to transition her off analogs. All cig-a-likes are 'overpriced' because there is a popular demand for them. PV's (with higher...
(Note: I'm posting on my BF's account right now since I don't have one yet.)
Hey Gals/Guys!
Several months ago, my BF bought us a V2 kit with two extra long (110mm) batteries and bunch of cartos. He then quickly 'graduated' to larger EGO batteries, clearos/tanks, making his own juice, and...
Hemp wick
I only use clearos have tried silica and cotton. I have experienced zero dry hits and great flavors with hemp wicks. There is also a thread about it.
Most of this stuff are manufactured in Chinese factories and they're definitely not known for their transparency. You may have to make some concessions if you want to vape.
This problem will never go away since the barrier to entry for selling juice, gear, etc. is so low. It's survival of the fittest. Those that serve their customers and adapt well should thrive and those that don't will perish.
In Manhattan, anywhere from $12-$15. There's a dumpy convenience store by me that sells Virginia-stamped cigs for $6. I doubt they make money off of anything else since all of their other merchandise is covered in dust. Some of my friends buy from them. You hand them the money first and they...
I don't know how you're going to persuade your GF.
Mine initially frowned upon me when I told her I was going to DIY and wanted to buy a mini-lab setup. I bought some additional fruity and chocolate flavorings which I would have never bought pre-mixed. (A bottle of 8ml flavoring at Wizards Lab...
When I used to use cartos, this is what I did to extend their lives up to 2 to 3 weeks each by alternating between two of them.
- After 2 or 3 refills, rinse it out over warm tap water.
- Soak overnight in cheap vodka and allow a few hours to dry.
- Use the "taryn spin" method when refilling...
I see you're from LI. There's a B&M shop (vapeny.com) in Jamaica, Queens and I've heard that the owners are pretty cool and helpful. I'm in lower Manhattan with no car so I haven't visited yet. They'll let you try out different batteries and juices in the store. It's likely that you may have to...
After two days of using lovepedal's 12-strand 2mm, it's better than silica and cotton. I'm using extra long wicks on a T2. Zero dry hits. Six top wraps with a 32g wire around 2mm gives me 1.8 ohms. It has probably been mentioned - don't dry burn with them b/c I scorched and destroyed my first build.
50ml for my ADV.
Unrelated... I'm also now vaping something I named "Suicide" juice. It's basically a 30ml concoction of about seven 5ml bottles of well-steeped juice I didn't like-to-hated while experimenting. It's surprisingly quite vapeable now. Sadly, I'll never be able to reproduce it.
It's very likely that you didn't allow enough time for the T3 and the Boge cartomizer to wick (saturate with juice) sufficiently. The T3 is salvageable by swapping in a new coil that you may have to order. As for the Boge, toss it since it's destroyed. Make sure to let the T3/Boge soak up the...
@Myrany
Lol. I could relate to that. I used to play tons of real $ online poker and I have a pair of "lucky" sweatpants that has burn holes all over it. There would be occurrences of myself frantically searching around me to see what was burning only to find that there is a new burn hole.
