    New to "pro" vaping.

    There are a lot of variables involved so there will be no "right" answer. My advice when using the twist is to start at a low voltage, vape a little, turn it up a little, vape more, turn it up more and so on until you find the vape you like. If you start getting burnt hits turn it back down.

    OH...I think that IS what it is. I read here that it stood for China Export but I think I've been mislead. I shouldn't speak on things I'm not sure of.
