I initially started with 18mg but my throat had this scratchy/burning after effect while vaping. I'm currently on 12mg now but I'm thinking of 18mg since I believe it was the crappy juice and/or the PG was too high for me.

I started with 24mg to help quit the analogs and have been vaping 18mg for about 6 months. I like this level and the higher nic levels give me a headache. every once in a while I'll make a 0-nic batch of juice and will vape that for a day or so.

I sometimes use 12mg nic when I am home and chain vaping.

I never intended on quitting but I do not want to pick up a stinky ever again. Maybe one day I can be 0 nic.

I vape 18 to 24 mgs of nicotine no matter what flavor I'm vaping! I'm really partial to the sweet vapes, and rarely vape tobacco flavors anymore. There's so many great flavors out there! When I first started vaping two years ago, my plan was to gradually reduce the nic level to 0. However, vaping is just SO pleasurable, that hasn't happened! I enjoy the plume too much!
