    to OP, i don't believe it is condensation, i think its merely just liquid hanging around the sidewalls of the atomizer, and when you pull it off (if your cart was full) the juice from the inner walls kind of get onto the cart anyway, and like a previous poster said, kind of just ease it back in...

    Be sure to get the PYRAMID tea bags, and not just the normal tea bags. The PTB is made of nylon, where as normal tea bags are made of stuff that rips and goes stale.

    **Update** Okay, upon playing around with the vodka soak, i get the same result of....cleanliness...out of soaking them in 10 minutes or 3 days.     Get some round 901 carts, imho, the round carts hold a lot more than the whistle tips, i can put about 10 drops on average in them. Eastmall used to have them but i figure you can get them elsewhere.

    i just did this mod and i loved it! I bought the normal lipton tea bags at first, and they smelled like .... after a couple days, reminded me of rotton fruit or something. The PYRAMID tea bags are made of nylon, and dont really "soak" up any e-liquid, but merely just hold it in the cart.

    usually, i just top off the cart and vape, and switch to a different cart when switching flavors. its funny because this never used to happen back when i first started vaping!!
