I run 5 Kanger tanks including a top tank and depending on what ohm you like, any really. However, I run 6 wraps of 28 and get around .5ohm. Seems to be my preferred coil these days for a good solid, reliable vape all day.

If I'm just changing cotton, I usually don't clean to much. But if you're rebuilding the coils, I would clean with hot water then. I have never really found a benefit to Vodka or similar except to waste money. I also completely tear down the dripper/atty right down to taking all the insulators...

My guess is a defective coil here. It does happen, ya know, manufacturing being a high speed process and all. I have the same tanks and haven't seen it yet myself. I don't think I would worry too much though, unless it stops working of course.

I wish I could give you an answer on that, I never checked mine. I received mine a month ago and I "think" it was on the bottom side of the box, but I can't remember. Where did you purchase it from? You can always go to Pioneer for yous web site and check their process for checking I guess.

Steven is correct, a CE5 was really meant for thinner juices as silica doesn't wick as fast as other wick material. But you do have an advantage with silica. Once the coil itself gets gunk built up, you can rinse, dry and dry-burn it back to clean.

Did you "prime" the wick and coil first? That's really important. Priming is a matter of making sure the coil and wick material are good and wet with juice before your first puff. Also, with a 2.2ohm coil, you don't need much power to run it and maybe your wattage/voltage is to high? I always...

Like a few others here, I've had it for a few years before I started vaping and it hasn't gotten better or worse. There may be a coloration, however small in some folks. We have to remember that not a ton of studies have been done and different theories will continue to circulate.

These coils are hard to clean completely, but can be refreshed a little with what you suggested. Just remember to use cheap vodka and not the good stuff! I run a number of Kanger subtanks and got tired of less-than-steller results from cleaning and went with the Kanger rebuildable RBA sections...

I believe it's an indication of low battery, but could mean your coil resistance is to low for it to handle? What tank and coil setup are you using? 2 hours is not typically a long enough time to charge.
