and in all due respect, what you are saying is not accurate to say the least......there is a massive difference between air being forced through a hole and passed directly over a coil compared to air being 1st forced against a ledge (which undoubtedly becomes unevenly dispersed) and then...
i have now experimented with many different types of coils and set the air flow in just about every conceivable position but i still cannot understand how some people are getting anything other than a thin wispy vapour....simply because the air flow does not pass directly over the coils
i...
in all honesty mate, i think you really would be doing yourself and your customers a huge favour by making some quick vids to show your recommendations regarding setups and so people can see it in action as intended from the guy who actually designed it.
normally when a new atomiser appears...
hi mate,
thanks for the reply
may i ask though, when you designed the Strata you must have had an idea of the setup it would use? so what kind of setup did you design it around?
cheers
scott
ps..yes, i have swapped to a different drip tip and the shorting problem is now solved...
i must say that it seems like a case of "we have made an atty, now can you guys see if you can somehow get it to work?"......surely when they designed it they had an idea of how to set it up in order to work as intended??
the fact its been out for some time now and yet i can't find a single...
seems strange to manufacture a very unique atty with a very unique design and then not provide instructions on how it was meant to be setup! lol
will have to have a read through, thanks for the link mate :)
many thanks for the kind words, its very much appreciated......glad to hear some people enjoy watching my videos and thank you for watching! :D
cheers

yes mate, the 2mm wick works great for me and i also find its a lot easier to screw the basic feeding part onto the ceramic without damaging the wicks :)
I'm not changing anything else......the important part of assembling that section has been rectified and that is all that matters
Do people purposely watch these reviews just to find anything they can criticise?? Lol
Regarding the o ring, Imeo has stated many times that no o ring on that part...
i didnt say that at all Imeo......i said that it DOES have an extra channel which is a GOOD thing as it allows you to have lots of options! it was a positive!! :P
with regards to the nut being upside down and causing leaks.....ive not had a single leak
i spent over 15 hours recording that...
i just watched Imeos vid and he has it facing upwards......so im therefore 100% wrong, lol
but regardless, it still works perfectly.....however, i have edited the video to show it installed as intended :D
PLEASE NOTE - This video has been edited to rectify a small error where the screw inside the ceramic was installed upside down......this video now shows it as being installed as intended :)
cheers
scott
