Personally love cherry blossom tea by AiV. It is a floral, which I love, but is not for everyone... You might want to explore tea flavors, in general, though. Green and white teas especially. They tend to be subtle, and interestingly complex.

Honeysuckle lemon green tea? Though I think peach would be better... Maybe with a white peach, white tea, could name something like honeywhite?
