I personally use 12mg and higher in .8, .9 pod coils. I prefer .6 resistance and loser for anything less than 10mg. Just my take. You can find lower resistances in pod mods (usually .2 to .6), sub ohm tanks (.15 to .3), and DIY RDAs, RTAs, RBAs etc.
