I've had it go both ways. Some people cough up a lung right off the bat, and someone people can hit it like a champ. I am surprised each time because depending on the flavor and the strength coupled with what the person normally smokes. It's really a crap shoot.

That bad burnt taste I have found is all in the cart itself, you have to clean your carts every once and a while. Are you using the blue foam mod? That has pretty much eliminated it for me.
