I've had them last from a day to a week, it's just the luck of the draw, I don't baby them or clean them... Once I discover some really nasty juice, I toss 'em. Other people have a different experience, so don't take my word as gold.

I met the creator of the Wyatt Earp juice. He gave me a sample. Not a bad cigar flavor, but I didn't care for the price when I saw how much it was so I didn't buy any. He said it was their #1 best seller, so I guess most people like it :)
