I noticed on my BW 510N that the positive battery terminal in the switch housing is held in place with a rubber grommet. When you screw the two pieces together it pushes the terminal back into the switch housing so it looses contact with the battery making you suspect you have switch or battery...
So the the charger that came with my 510 set will also work for a eGO battery? I thought you had to have an adapter to charge an eGO battery on a 510 battery charger?
I like the manual's myself. Seems like you get a lot bigger hit as opposed to the auto's. Just the user's preference anyhow. Kind of a Ford and Chevy thing.:)
With 8 drops, are you sure your not flooding the atty?. That would be one reasons for low vapor. Priming mine usually only takes 2-3 drops. Just something to think about.but then again you said you mostly drip?
Manual Battery is the way to go for the 510. As for the Atty,I have been using the same two that came with my kit for a little over 3 months now. I rotate between the two every week and clean weekly also using the method below. The work just as well now as the did new...:)...
