It’s the same rate at which they tax traditional tobacco products. So, a pack of the brand I used to smoke is about $12, I guess they figure the average teen can’t muster that kind of scratch. No idea how they came up with the weird number.

Not to get too personal, but well, here we are... if alcohol has been a part of your story I would suggest trying AA. You are less likely to get hooked up with people who are using. AA certainly isn’t perfect, but if you have a desire to stop, it could help you. And it’s good to get the support...
