I recently lowered my nicotine level to 6mg and it did not seem to affect my cravings at all. Around the same time I noticed that I have been sleeping A LOT ... I’m talking 12 or more hours a day. Did anyone else have this happen? I am considering upping my mg. level just to feel normal again...
