Cig sized batteries have pretty dismal charge life. If your planning on vaping any more than an hour or so a day I would recommend at least an ego or echo sized battery. My egos last all day, and sometimes two.

I go through about 3-4 ml a day. I don't vape at home all that much, but at work it's pretty much non-stop all day. I use very high nic level (24mg) and never feel like I've vaped too much. I love 24mg because I can actually get a buzz feeling if I hit it hard for a few minutes.
