hi copd First question are you trying to get off of cigs? I would get a little nicotine say 6 or 12 mgs to start off because zero nicotine isnt easy. It will reduce the urge to smoke a cigarette by 100 times. If you dont want nicotine then stick with the PG so at least you get a nice throat hit. :)

yeah there is just a little primer in the atomizor.... just take it off and blow through the end and you should it spraying out. Then take about 10 drags but dont inhale...then you should be good to go!
