Damn, I had my IHy up and running perfectly. Noticed that the flavor tasted really strange and that I had forgotten to clean it before I put it together. I received my second Orion in the mail today! Can't wait to get it up and running. Sucks about UKV, I was hoping to get a couple of glass tanks. Hopefully it works itself out.

I think I started about the same. It may have been 40 x 20.. I sort of eyeballed it. I used a small paperclip bent straight and made it as tight as I could around it.

This worked for me once I figured out I needed to tighten up the wick so it wasnt pressing against the edges of the hole.

Im far from being an expert but I just got my Orion a couple days and was having the same problem. The only thing I could figure that was causing the problem was a short in the wick. I got mine going by making a new wick and rolling it much tighter then my original one (which fit very slightly...

Thanks tierrataz Got it all set up, 325 mesh 4 wrap coil. Its performing great! Although I coughed my lungs out on the first good hit I got :laugh: The draw is a little tight for my liking though.

Thanks Jolly I should of been more descriptive in my post. I did read that it was for aligning the mouthpiece. It seems undersized and needs to be stretched quite a bit. I thought maybe it was for something I had not read about.

I got my orion v2.1 today ! I had a quick question. It came with 2 larger o-rings for the tank and 1 smaller o-ring. What is the smaller o-ring for ? I can't seem to find a place for it.

Im not sure what your screen looks like with the international shipping but try clicking the little blue button next to the shipping option and see if that gets the boxes reloading again.

I got that.. you have to click "refresh rates" on the shipping method and select your rate again.. hopefully all boxes load clean and you can enter your info.. then check out..

Trying selecting a different shipping method... this causes the 3 boxes to reload that data again. Eventually they should all come up and be ready to enter your info.

K, i'll try.. hard to explain in a post. Im not sure how it works in any other browser but... If you using chrome and on the checkout screen you need each of the three boxes (shipping, total, and cc) to load without error. When you first get to the screen you have to select shipping method.
