There is EVERY reason for that thread to exist. I have a legitimate customer complaint that has not been resolved. You can delete and lock all the threads you want but this problem is NOT going away until it's resolved. So now you're telling me I have to wait yet ANOTHER month from 9/4 before...

My point is that I have no tracking information at all - accurate or otherwise. Whether the problems are intentional or not is irrelevant, IMO. The bottom line is the same; and that is 9 weeks have passed and I still have no device. I agree, the entire incident is very unfortunate. LOL...

Day 12 since the replacement was supposedly shipped. 64 days since the nightmare began. Still no GG. Still nothing on tracking. People all around me are receiving their GGs that Imeo suddenly 'found' and sold. :confused: No comment from Imeo. This is utterly ridiculous!
