There is EVERY reason for that thread to exist. I have a legitimate customer complaint that has not been resolved. You can delete and lock all the threads you want but this problem is NOT going away until it's resolved.
So now you're telling me I have to wait yet ANOTHER month from 9/4 before you'll take action? You've got to be kidding! This is the sorriest excuse for customer service I've ever encountered.
I'll tell you what, Imeo... Just refund my damn money and we'll call it a day. Hopefully you insured it and after waiting 30 days you can file an insurance claim for the device that was never delivered if you like.
