Having been a longtime Boba's consumer (we're talking back in the day when it could take weeks to months to procure some), I am very perplexed by the notion that what I knew to be described as a very simple recipe, has not yet come close to being duplicated - even by the creators of the product...

60/40 VG PG mixture with your choice of nic %.
Flavoring is ~7.5% broken down as follows:
TPA Apple Pie - 3.8%
TPA Cinnamon Sugar Cookie - 3.5%
AP - 1 drop per 10ml
EM -1 drop per 10ml...
Never tried them in this mix but I do use Bavarian Cream in others - a small amount may add a little something extra but I recommend trying as is first as a reference point.
I haven't tried the epic version but here's a recipe I use that is a fantastic ADV -

No doubt taste is subjective. Prior to the latest batch I received (180 ml of assorted strengths) I did not associate any fruit flavor with the juice. All of these new bottles are like cherry bombs. You can smell and taste it clearly on top of everything else.

There's a lot of cherry in there. Smell it carefully and taste it - you'll get it.
How are you vaping it by the way - carto, clearo?
I'm using a Zen with mesh so I taste everything very clearly.
They have the cherry and cinnamon danish - just not available in VG base but of course could be custom made for AVE.

Thanks for the clarification on the labels! I don't get why they would keep running the labels as instead of correcting them immediately but apparently they can get away with it so be it if that's the case.
