Hi Blue! Hi to everyone else too :)
Things here are going pretty well. Started a diet and some mild exercise to help get/keep my blood sugar stable. So far it's working out pretty well. I rarely go excessively high anymore and even managed to drop some weight.
Not much else new in my life, one...
Not sure if it's the same stuff I had injected into my spine. I had injections done every 3 months or so for awhile and it did help with a herniated disc. It let me put off needing surgery for probably 10 years.
Very sad news! My condolences go out to her family. I lost my father in January to the same thing.
Going to take a second here to remind everyone that if you are 50 you need to get a colonoscopy done. Sooner if you have a family history of this terrible disease. Do colonoscopy follow ups as...
I look forward to seeing the photo's. I miss WA a lot. Just a couple of hours away from the Sea-Tac area and you're in some of the prettiest spots in the US.
Those batteries are unsafe to use if the covering is scratched off. They can short out and go into thermal runaway (VERY bad). As Izan mentioned you can buy shrink wrap covers to re-wrap it. FastTech has some really cheap but it takes a long time to get them from China. I'd buy a few with ASAP...
Morning All! Not much good to report here. Been battling my diabetes because I had to go on prednisone for my Crohns. The prednisone is working though, just playing h**l with my blood sugar. Notorious side effect for that medicine.
I took many trips there myself. It was one of our favorite motorcycle rides on my weekends off. We even rented a condo at Crystal Mt. during the summer one time, just so we could spend more time there.
Our other favorite ride was Mt Baker.
Before that, when I lived in Port Angeles, I spent a lot...
I've been using pre-made coils instead of building my own. Only been using rebuildables for a very short time.
I bought a Coil Master DIY Kit. It has these in it and I have no idea what they're for.
Can someone enlighten me?
Well, I thought a bad battery had ruined my mod. Turns out it wasn't the battery.
Smok Big Baby Beast RBA - Beware
Here's my post in another forum about it.
I blew up 2 mods and almost lost a third, but the Geek Vape Aegis Legend has better fault detection than my T-Priv's.
FYI I did find a thread discussing this problem. It's most likely cause is that the included coils are 3mm and touching the inside cap. Recommendation is to use 2.5mm coils. You can shrink a pre-built coil by putting it on a 2.5mm mandrel and pulling both legs with pliers.
I haven't done this yet.
I searched for a post that I read some time ago, but didn't find it.
It was in regards to buying the V8 Baby RBA deck (wherever you could find it) and the glass section from Kidney Puncher. I'm in no way knocking Kidney Puncher or their product.
I blew up 2 mods using the RBA deck in a tank that...
@AJMoore
I don't use tobacco flavors anymore. When I did I loved the 7 Leaf Tobacco Blend from ECBlend
Very reputable dealer if you don't know them already.
I had a scare this morning. Not sure how it happened, but one of my batteries must have gotten damaged in my mod. I hit the fire button and it started smoking. I quickly opened the battery door and kept it from going into thermal runaway. Couldn't save the mod though, it had already melted...
Morning all.
I think I was leaving the wick tails too thick and getting too much cotton crammed into the well. I've started narrowing the tails until they're about as wide as the juice well. That seems to be about right.
I haven't had much luck with Rayon. I think I'm sensitive to it, the rayon...
