I use clearomizers too with my egos. The CE 4 is a great one for ease of use. I have the ego-c and really don't use the atomizers and tanks that came with it.

Congrats on making the switch! I use an ego twist (which I love!). For the juice I use a tank for my all day vapes and I use clearomizers when I want to change up flavors.
