donnah, did you bother boiling the cotton ball and do you use a needle when wrapping? Im using braided cotton wick and It vapes but doesn't taste like the juice should.

ego makes a dct 5ml tank cone that will do good. nova all have wicks you must be looking at a weird picture. youll get different ohms with the tank. the plastic will hold up fine. you can lay it on its side or in your pocket fine.

I know on mine I can see a small gap between the plastic tube and the top AND bottom end caps. I don't thread it together tightly. just enough for the orings to contact the tube.
