I've haven't done any DIY stuff yet, but with the menthol starting out as crystals, wouldn't it stand to reason that vaping it could cause it to crystalize in your body?

I've seen a ton of research about the safety of various e-liquid ingredients (PG/VG etc), however is there any research on the safety of menthol in some flavors? I'm just curious if it has any effect on lung function etc.

Vaping has the consequence of the fact that nicotine molecules are larger therefore better absorbed through the mouth and nasal cavity. By holding in your mouth inhailing and exhailing through the nose you get maximum nicotine absorption.

I'm sorry but I don't like it when people get self righteous about people wanting to vape with 0% nic. We alll started smoking analogs for different reasons. If the op feels like vaping 0% helps them relax then good for them. There are worse things that they could take up.

Maybe i'm in the minority, but I have never had bad issues with cartos. I had to switch one out because it wasn't feeding juice well enough, but other than that my only issues have been because of newb user error.
