If vape products are illegal where you are, it can be tricky to get things. There are ways around, like post forwarding services, and companies that do plain labeling, but many companies simply won't shop to you, so please be careful. Do you live near a border where you could visit a place where it's not illegal, or have any relatives in places where it is allowed?

Welcome to the forum, Srkclk.
You will need 3 things to vape--

1) electrical power-- a "mod" & the evo is a popular choice.
2) an "atomizer"-- usually a tank, wick, & heating coil that is on top.
3) juice. There are many flavors & % of nicotine.

People usually begin with a "Starter Kit" (mod & atomizer sold together) & buy juice seperately.
You will want a "regulated mod" & not a "mechanical mod" for safety. You will not want to start with a "rebuildable atomizer" but find one with disposable coils.

You can find a lot of advise here in this New Members section. The question of what to start vaping with has been asked many times before.

By the way, my daughter is traveling to Istanbul soon. I wish she could bring you a package.

i really appreciate for your help. i found on fasttech evo starter peacket.its very cheap so im worried. actually i think getting pieces seperetly is better way.am i right?
Fasttech is cheap, shipping times are LONG. But if you're not in a hurry, they are ok. Look for the words "style" or "clone", if you see these, the device you are buying isn't from the original designer, it's a cheaper knockoff. This is ok if you are on a budget, but the build quality is usually less. If it says authentic on fasttech, it almost always is.
