Oh my, that made me think it's about that time. Don't know why my phone didn't notify me but yep, 5 years yesterday. I can rememer exactly where I was when I threw that last smoke on the driveway and smooshed it out.

It was the 3rd day I had my Evic with protank and the cig just tasted bad. I was beside and about 3 foot in front of my work van which was parked in its usual spot so I was about 3 foot East of my neighbors fence and about 5 foot from the North corner of the fence. Don't know why I rememer it so vividly when I can't usually tell you what I had for dinner the night before. I had tried previously with a cig alike (only thing available locally at the time) but it didn't cut it for me. Before that name a quiting method and I had tried it. I had decided that I was just doomed to smoke for the rest of my shortened life and resigned myself to it. Then one day I met a vaper at the bowling alley who directed me to ECF. Never got his ECF name but after doing some browsing research on ECF I order the Evic from a vendor here. Passed it on to our son whom quit smoking with it then quit vaping after a couple of years. Still got that mod in a cabinet.

I think applying a bit of CA to that nick would make it much less visible /noticeable.

FWIW, I have stainless steel CeeCee with a ding in it about that size, in roughly the same location. I don't obsess over it. My EDC walnut pinch also has its share of "character marks"...

Actually i dont mind it much. I think it blends well with the jungle theme going (that's what i convince myself of). On the bright side i have a small piece of natural finish on the mod now lol.
