Xmas should be BBQ weather though, which is semi traditional for lots here. Might BBQ trout, and do a thai fish curry and a veg stir fry.
That sounds delicious! One year in Seattle I decided it would be a great idea to BBQ some rib steaks.......hubby was out in the freezing temps for over an hour trying to get them to cook. Last time I did that but down here we can comfortably do it!
Ive BBQ'd 52 weeks a year for at least the last decade. Not too much fun when you have to chisel the bbq door open, but brisket, yum!
