Couldn't resist the temptation to try and make a custom DT for my Li'l Pinch. I saw Pete's and loved it so I had to make one.
Got an old SS DT and chucked it up on the lathe, took off most of the meat until I had the right diameter then drilled the same hole on a piece of rosewood. Epoxied the tip in the wood and chucked them up again on the lathe and made it same diameter as the nuppin. Made the length same as the router DT (I may trim it down a bit) and coated it with 6 coats of CA. Polished on the buffing wheels and here are the results.

Oner of the best trips of my life, I stayed in an apartment with a tennis court in Campo San Boldo, the owner was also a wine maker, and every day he would drop a couple of bottles of his wine for us, food and sights were marvelous, but you needed a mortgage to take a Gondola ride
My daughter and her husband were there 2 months ago and she said the same thing about gondolas.

I am so excited to get it though I will try pictures but I'm not nearly as talented as you are in that department.
Funny tho, that the one mod I did have the presence of mind to snap a couple was the one person who just ↑ asked (which is surprising).
