Keeping yer whistle wet is an issue. I find I squonk more often with this setup but then again it's well worth the extra effort for the added flavor

Actually I realized I generally squonk more frequently with the Nuppin..could be because it drains the liquid more efficiently than any of my other atties.

mount it off to one side and then center it when making final adjustments.

I install my coil in between the two holes at the outside edge of the Nuppin. Once I tighten the grubs and snip the wire ends, I then lift the coil up and center over the center post. Just be sure you put a curve in that wire going to the center post hole so it doesn't touch the post.

mind you, I've never tried this configuration. Seems that there's some intelligent geometry involved w/ Penguiness' technique. I would imagine that building the coil near the rim of the atty will create leg lengths appropriate to final placement. Kin'a like swinging an arc around an axis.

man I've been watching this nuppin list grow and grow, dying to jump on but need to know around when do you think they will actually be ready for payment? anytime real soon, or still a few months out? I've already got like 7 of them but I still say that they are among the best atties I've ever used, possibly the best bone stock atty of all time bar none this is what pops into my head whenever I think about nuppin

I may be getting some preliminary scheduling info by end of week. Right now, all I can say is that last time it was an est.6wks from order placement to completion at the machine shop. I really don't know how packed their schedule is right now. If I said "about 2 months", I'd be totally guessing; but I sincerely doubt it would be any sooner. Feel free to PM me tho, and we can make some arrangements, I'm sure.
