I've found to do the adjustment thing before I use it. No leaks in any of mine. Fill the bottle and crimp the hose and squeeze the bottle before using. Works like a charm. YMMV

I never quite understood this procedure so bear with me. 1. Fill the bottle. 2. Squeeze the hose shut (above the bottle cap I presume). 3. While holding the cap and the hose screw the bottle in the top cap?? And what do you mean by "squeeze the bottle before using"??? Before filling you mean??

I took it to mean.....fill the bottle and screw it on then squeeze the hose above the lid and squeeze the bottle. Hope I'm right cause I tried it that way LOL

And the Sunbox Cappy bottles fit perfectly. Woot!

These bottles are quite a bit wider than an 18650 as you can see Tamer

Have a metric crap ton of catching up to do here...

While I do some reading, here's a side by side of the bottles in question. ( the 8.5's not quite readily available just yet) Makes the Wee' Pinch squonk as easy as she fires. Leaks? So far, no bubbles, no troubles.
