"no but" seriously. My standard issue marking gauge was not up to my rigorous demands. So, when I was at Hardwick's, I was looking for something pretty accurate; but mostly in that I could make "micro-adjustments" with some confidence. The fact that I can set up for 2 independent depths and leave it set up (because now my old marking gauge does the 3rd task and my dividers the 4th) . . . well, it thrills me no end.
Plus, anytime you find something old and cool enough to sell on e-bay; but it's still in brilliant working condition . . .. . bonus!

yep, my chooks. They are lohmann browns, similar to isa browns, but healthier, more useful legs [for tearing up the garden]
If you boys are into chicks I have a couple of great blondes and brunettes on my crew who are practising their moves with a great happy ending. Ok you can't get away with feeding the corn but honestly when you see them you'll wanna take them out for a decent meal.
