That looks to be a gdibi, aka nutcase, with black 3D printed end-caps.
Yep a nutcase one of the first ones (of course after the "league of extraordinary squonkers").
At that point I think metal caps was "a crazy expensive" alternative taken by Rossum. The black caps are the originals
Sadly this nutcase gdibina is out of commission at the moment. It needs some elbow grease from my side and everyone knows I'm not lazy

I'm approaching that too, and I agree about how fast the time has gone by.
I look at how much money I've saved, and then I look at how much money I've spent .. not sure that after four years I'm ahead, but with all the equipment I've accumulated, and DIY, I'm good til I'm gone !!
And, the money didn't end up in the ashtrays, it's filling up my cupboards, and freezer.
I wouldn't of had this much fun and pleasure, if I had kept smoking, and I would still be (or worst) coughing up phlegm with blood in it.
Congratulations to you xpen, and all of us for choosing to be healthier.
I also just mailed off a 25 pound box of vape gear I don't use, or never did to the Vape for Vets .. so with that, and the new mod from Peter (whom I get to meet), I'm in a really good mood
