No it's a CaptSteve tip ;)

I'm not just a pretty face you know

No, I've seen your work. I knew that behind the pretty face was a master craftsman ;)

Yup, I knew yours were. I was just wanting to make sure Jasen wasn't holding out a new super wide bore style on me :D

They look awesome Mike :thumb:

You're too kind Bri, a master craftsman I think not but I can sure make some sawdust
I don't think he over stated it one bit. I have seen some of your work Steve and there isn't one I wouldn't be proud to carry around.

Hey Cap make sure you tell me when you're flying over cairo. I sure would love to have one of your creations.

That would cause certain complications for the good Cap'n with ECF. Not to mention, I don't think it would survive a drop from that height anyway

Anyway, back to cricket :)

A fascinating game. Personally I am not keen on the short forms of it - I like test matches (internationals) best. They are scheduled to last for 5 days and even then can result on a draw. There can be long periods of time when almost nothing of much apparent interest happens, but there is always something to note if you look really hard which is why the cricket radio commentaries in the UK are so brilliant. Occasionally there are real gifts to the commentator such as the famous occasion in a 1979 match between Australia and England when we had Lillee caught Willey bowled Dilley.

They did try to force a result in test matches in the early days by playing "timeless" tests that just kept going until somebody won. The last such match was in 1939 in Australia which had to be abandoned after 9 days of play otherwise England would have missed their boat home.

By far the most popular sport in England though is football and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed watching that last season *smiley smirk*
