Hey Dibi peeps, hope everyone is well.

Not sure how to say this so I’ll just say it, I’ve lost the joy of vaping

I still vape, and have actually raised my nic level up to 24 mg/ml. I still think I am much easier to be around, and much healthier, due to vaping and I really appreciate all the fine folks I have met through vaping. What has changed is the hobby aspect, I always enjoyed and looked forward to a new mod/atty/juice or just cleaning contacts, making coils or mixing juice. Now, not so much. I just ordered a bottle of juice because it sounded good, but mostly because I just don’t feel like getting out the DIY supplies and mixing anything. I’ve got a new atty coming but instead of stalking the mailman I’m just not really that excited about it. It’ll probably sit for awhile before I even get around to building it.

I don't view vaping as a hobby anymore either; nor a pursuit.
I do really enjoy it tho, still (the vaping, not the messing with gear). And feel really lucky for the tech and the not smoking.
I'm actually a lot more excited about things like exercise these days; which kin'a feels like a natural part of the same progression.

The main reason I use single coil clapton is clapton last longer than straight wire.

Maintenance sucks.

I welcomed the day 3 years ago that I finally found the juice I could vape all day and all night and not get tired of it. Sure now and then I’ll try something new but it’s usually a one off and I go back to my normal red drop from mountain oak. Attys, I have 1 for each mod all very similar and like juice every now and then I’ll say hey that ones interesting and I’d order it and try maybe I’d love it or it would go in the pass to family or friends box and coils are always the same for me, triple twisted single coil which work great in my 16 and 18in attys. Mod wise, I have 7 wonderful mods from the Bee man himself and being mechanical they always just work. So I guess Brian I’m in a similar place but for me it was exciting to find it so I could focus on other hobbies while enjoying vaping and continuing to drop down Nic levels (I’m down to 3mg starting from 36mg).

hmmm . . . I have a different philosophy.

(admittedly, it's a little bit superstitious . . . )
I figure every once in a while you gotta change things up; elsewise life's gonna come along and change it up for you . ..
and that usually doesn't translate as "good".

but that's just me. and it's a philosophy just for me to live by. :>)

I just don't get why it took a week less to get my flavoring from Poland than it did to get the flavors from Bellingham, WA. Gotta love USPS.

I only mix 100ml at a time, or all of the TH steeps away with it sitting so long.

TH steeps away on unflavored? That's news to me.

I mix the better part of a liter at a time; however much I can make from a single 120 ml bottle of 100 mg base. The exact amount has increased a bit as I've very slowly dropped my nic from 15, 0.5 mg at a time. I was aiming for 12 or even 10, but I'm currently stuck at 13 and don't feel like I'm ready to go lower.

Anyway, once a batch is mixed down and has steeped overnight, I re-bottle it in 120ml bottles and put all but one of them back in the freezer. I notice no difference between the start of any given bottle or the end, nor any difference between the first bottle and the last in a batch.
