my thoughts if you dont want to pay then wait until you are a vet or simply dont sell :) even ebay has it fees for allowing ya to post your items to sell ;) ECF simply has to generate some kind of money to stay open its a huge forum and requires tons of upkeep system upgrades and whatnot. gosh most of the users are lost if efc is down for just a few hours, imagine, with out paying members donations the thought of ECF no longer being able to operate online:(

They just want something for nothing. :2c:

You notice it's just a few people complaining the loudest.

I've not been totally scammed in the classifieds, but I've gotten my share of things that weren't exactly as advertised. I didn't run off & file negative reviews on the sellers, but maybe I should have! I knew the name of the game...caveat emptor! On the same note...I don't file positive feedback too often either. Only for the exceptional deals or trades I've made.

I dunno...
I hope Rolygate doesn't back down on this...

I agree that it's a great idea. So many fraudulent :censored: are ruining what we have here!

I got to visit a family member and his family that I've only known for four years. This is important to say because our family is HUGE and we basically know everyone from immediate family to 3rd cousins. My Mom's brother (my uncle of course lol) ran from home when he was 18. Only 4 years ago did him and his family contact us. I'm so happy we're in contact :)

:vapor: Hmm.... time for some Santa's Pole

I think the new rule for the classified sub-forum is a good one. It may not be popular, but it's well intentioned. I have had nothing but great experiences here at ECF. I've never been burned or taken advantage of. I wish that same experience could be the case for everyone. If there is a simple rule that can be put in place to help cut down on negative experiences I'm all for it. Better to have restricted classifieds than no classifieds at all right?

On a side note, I'll be joining the ProVari club tomorrow! I'm so excited.

I can't wait. Now I just need to figure out what kind of tank to try. I'm thinking a SS Liquinator tank. Good pick?

I met a local guy from ECF & he is dropping it off tomorrow evening to me. I fix iPhones as a part time gig at a shop near his house so I'm going to fix a phone for him while he's there. I bought a Provape 1 from him a week or so ago for my partner & she convinced me to pick up a ProVari for myself. As it turns out he had an month old satin one he offered to sell me. No waiting for mail Yay!
