0.1A vs 0.42A chargers for eGo fat-batts?

What is the reasoning behind stating that chargers with an output of 0.1A at 4.2v are not to be used for charging eGo fat-batts, as opposed to using "genuine" eGo chargers with an output of 0.42A at 4.2v?

It just seems to me that charging an eGo fat-batt on such a weak-kneed charger will just take much longer. But I know just about enough to be dangerous.

Also, might it be in some way advantageous to feed the eGo fat-batt slowly with the 0.1A charger?

Thanks in advance for enlightening me.

Get a stick big enough to do the job.
Using the smaller charger may seem logical, but why not use the correct one?
Obviously wouldn't want to do it the other way around.

Would it be a quality issue with the charger? Like maybe the Chinese made an extra 30 million little 100 to 150ma chargers?

The charge curve may depend on a low current threshold to stop CC charging and shift to CV. Charging a larger eGo with the small charger and you may never reach that 'low current' threshold.

Unless you know differently, why risk it?
