Well, I've always hated the charging times of my 1300mah ego so I decided to charge it using a different charger. Battery was dead at both times and given 1 day to level out as dead voltage was @3.21v, after a day it leveled out to 3.35-3.4 which is when I started the charge cycle.

Test 1:

1300mah fat eGo
Standard ego usb cord on a kit included .5 output wall charger

4 hours and 35min

Test 2:

1300mah fat eGo
Standard ego usb cord
Kodak 1 amp output wall charger

3 hours and 15min

Battery read 3.69v at the end of each test.

From what i've read the output of the actual wall charger shouldn't matter as the usb charger and/or the battery will control the input. Fwiw, the battery remained cool during both charge cycles.

What's going on?

P.S. Next time it runs dry i'll be testing it off the computer, though from past observations it'll probably take just as long if not longer then the .5ma wall charger.
