Hey, sorry to hear you are having an issue. I did a quick search on your particular device and it looks like it fires from a range of 0.5-3.0 ohms. It can fire up to 25 watts or 8 volts, which ever it hits first. It also says you have an amp limit of 20. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The first thing to do would be to check the atomizer to make sure it is working properly like another member said.

This device seems similar to the istick, if this is the case you can up the resistance to get a better vape and better battery life. These types of devices do not work the best when the resistance on top is close to its minimum it can register. I think you would get a good vape with something 1.0-1.5ohms. Good luck.

Thanks. My subtank came with a 1.2 as well as the .5. I'll try the 1.2 next.

The new coil should do the trick but be aware the 1.2 won't perform as the .5 did.
Prime it well and let it soak a little while.
And do not forget to turn down the power, edge it up as you go.

If the new coil doesn't work it's likely the 510 pin on the batt. has been pushed down and is not making
contact with the topper. If this is the case, turn off the mod and try and pry up the pin so it makes contact again.

Do not over-tighten the topper, only go 1/4 turn or so past loose. Cheers.
