I thought i was ready to go down to 0 nic so i ordered a no-nic ry4 from Janty.
well flavour and vapor are there but -ouch..- no throat hit! i really mean ZERO.
i had to mix it with a TW camel 11mg i had left to have some 'hit' back.
in the beginning it was frustrating as i really missed a hit in my throat while vaping, but in the end i decided to stuck with no nicotine liquids, i really wanna get rid of a very toxic element like it is nicotine.
i learned to make my vaping enjoyable without a hit, it just takes few days then it's cool.
Anyway still looking for a no nic liquid flavour/brand that does a 'little' hit if it exist, and i have to like the taste of course (unfortunately i don't like mint/menthol).
Anybody has a suggestion?

Sun-- you definitely may be right, i suppose your throat needs to adjust a little.
i remember when i was younger and i started smoking very light cigarettes, in the beginning i could feel a huge kick.
Later i moved to a stronger kind (camel) and when occasionally had a light one from a friend it seemed to deliver no hit at all...
it's all about what you're used to.
sometimes you need to go back and learn again.

I get a fairly decent lung hit with Johnson Creek Juice. I love their Tennessee Cured and Kona Coffee. It takes awhile to feel it though. My recommendation is get your nic as low as possible...I was mixing a 50/50 solution of 11mg and 0mg before I tried straight up 0mg. Once you decide to try 0 nic, wait until right after you wake up...it'll be much more satisfying. My theory is that your throat/lungs aren't very raw anymore from the nic after a good night's sleep. I hope this helps.

If you're looking for that sort of burning throat feeling, I don't think you'll ever be able to get it with 0 nic. If you're looking for just the lung hit like I am though, you'll feel it once you get used to it.

Hi everyone--I'm a newbie and I have a question and don't know where to put this, so I thought this might be the best place.

I'm looking for juice and I saw something that concerns me--on the Johnson Creek site it says that their zero nicotine juice still contains nicotine:

"Q. Is your zero nicotine juice completely nicotine free?

A. Our zero nicotine juice does contain very small amounts of nicotine."

Is this true of all zero nicotine juices? I'm using this as a replacement and need to get off the nicotine completely. I don't understand why something is said to be zero nic when it's not. I ordered some juice from esmokeytreats--does anyone know if their zeros contain nic as well?

Thanks--
Laura

I agree that it's probably trace amounts from their equipment that's being referred to. However, if you want to be sure you're getting nicotine-free juice, get some PG (I got mine on Ebay, 8 oz = 240 ml for $11 shipped. Just make sure it's USP and that it's not mixed 50/50 with water) and flavor it yourself, there's a DIY section here with lots of good info and recipes. For 0 nic you really don't have to pay the retail juice prices (unless there's a flavor you want that you can't do yourself, like Mar-bro).Good Luck

I've tried the following in 0mg:

Nuvape tasters (7 different flavors) - no throat hit but also no flavor as far as I was concerned. Plenty of vapor though.

Esmokeytreats Strawberry - No throat hit - vaper amount is ok - flavor was good.

Puresmoker Riskee Yuice and 5-5-5 - Riskee is the only one with a throat hit of any sort so far and I think it's from some peppery ingredient they put in it, both taste good and both have decent vape.

Blu Cartomizers (in hubby's PV) in Vanilla, Java, Tobacco, Menthol, and Cherry - no throat hit on any of them - a little tingle on Menthol from the mint I guess. Vape is ok. Taste is too mild.

Have some liquids coming in the mail from Juicy - doubt they'll have throat hits either but will let you know. I just put some Riskee on my atomizer whenever I want a little throat hit.
