Funny how this got started. I was DIY Cinnamon 50/50 @ 10mg Nic. Well, musta leaned alittle too hard on the Cinnamon. Ended up burning my tongue. Didn't find this out until I was at work, and no way to cut it back. Just slowed way back on my drags. Got home and blended a bunch more PG/VG. Was still alittle hot for me, so added more plain base. By the time I got it to where it didn't hurt, I fugure the nic must have been really dilute. Finished that batch off next day or so. Mixed up 15mL 70/30 no nic, no flavor added. I did toss in about a mL of PGA to thin is some. I'm usin ProVari @ 4.0v w/Deux carto, (3.5mL). With my Cinnamon mix before, the carto would load up, then I'd dry burn it for 5 sec's or so. Then the carto would dump a load down the air tube. With no Cinnamon, I rarely get any liquid in mouth. But, when I do it isn't an unpleasant experience. I guess it's the VG that has a slight sweet taste. I'm going to continue DIY with just PG/VG/& PGA and see how it goes. If I can get along just using those ingredients, Liquid costs are going to be reduced dramatically. This PV experience has been something else. I accidently quit smoking tobacco cigs. Now, I may have accidently quit using nicotine and added flavoring. All this after 52 years of smoking cigarettes. JMHO

Cheers,

I vape flavorless also sometimes. It's actually not tasteless due to the sweetness of PG and VG but it won't hit you in the face either like adding flavoring, a nice change up sometimes. Cost is reduced on the juice as well as the atty/carto, they last longer overall with much less frequent cleaning needed.
