0mg liquid help!

It's going to be very difficult to find "decent" TH without any nicotine at all. You can use 100% PG, Flash, and maybe others like cinnamon redhot, or menthol, to simulate it, but a weak simulation is all you're really going to get with zero nic.

As previously stated, 0 nic + decent throat hit shouldn't be used in the same sentence. You'll definitely need a "spice" type flavor (cinnamon is a good one).
'decent' and 0mg nic are pretty much mutually exclusive. Six years since I smoked and throat hit was never a consideration. 100% pg in a sub ohm rig and it was "Oh, that is what they are talking about!" Not where I want to go but I do understand since addiction is the Devil.
Not sure what device your vaping on so maybe kinda hard to make suggestions.

i believe I've seen people state that e-liquids with ethyl alcohol in them have a more pronounced throat hit. (I also agree with the others regarding PG, cinnamon and other flavors)
