1/2" 510 adapter

I have several cartos that I use on my box mods that require an extension. The 1" extensions work but they're way too long, while the shorty extensions (10mm) are too short. If I could find one about 1/2" OAL I'd be golden.

Anybody run across one of these on their travels?
