I would prefer 1.8 ohm vivi nova replacement heads
but at this point just finding any resistance in stock would be a miracle.

I use the 2.8 ohm versions of these and they are Viva Nova instead of actual Vision brand, but they work fine. They are in stock and identical to Vision, right down to the laser etched ohms rating on the side. These are the same heads I got from GotVapes when I ordered my original Vision Vivi Nova mini. The extras I ordered were the Viva Nova brand. I think they are made in the same Chines factory and bulk packed.

I read another thread (that I cannot find now) that people were having trouble with a burnt taste from somewhere. I also need a thread cover. I can't decide whether I like the 1.8 or the 2.4 better on my Twist either.

I've gotten nearly a dozen heads/tanks {*edit: Now that I think of it, about a dozen tanks and around 20 heads} from Smoque and they are all really good. I haven't yet had any burnt tastes, but I also "refresh" (wash) my heads every few days, especially with thicker juices.
