Hey folks,

Been a smoker for 10+ years and I'm proud to say that I've quit smoking. It's been a month been using my Smoore M401 with PCC. To be honest, I like vaporing compared to smoking. But, I dislike my M401 as it doesn't produce much vapor like the ones I saw on Youtube.

Now, I'm thinking to sell off my M401 and upgrade to a better one. So far, I've seen rave reviews on Joye 510 and Joye eGo.

Hopefully you guys can recommend me which is the better one, or any other excellent models.

YouTube - ‪smoking on a Joye510.‬‎

that vid shows what i typically get for vapor production when i don't fiddle with my joye510 very much. that's just a cart with some vg nic juice on polyfill. when i direct drip i get more than that.

I always recommend just getting a joye 510 with a pcc. I find it a more comfortable to hold and more convenient to vape. joye ego seems to be about the same as the 510 for vapor production, but it's like a stiffer draw which i don't like.

battery life is great on it, but like i said, if you get a pcc with your joye510 you're pretty much set for batteries most of the time.

that's my recommendation. you'll hear most people say to go with the ego though. usually how these threads go haha

best sane...do what i did..buy an ego starter kit (comes with two complete Joye eGo's and a charger) and then buy a joye 510 battery and some extra atomizers. My next step is to get a 510 usb passthrough. And i haven't even tried them yet! I'm just foolishly following good reviews and know that I don't want to smoke cigarettes anymore.

I use the M401,2,3 and the Ego. I would suggest keeping your M401. Its a nice little ecig and has its uses. If you get an Ego after a week or so breaking in the attys compare the taste. I find my M401 attys to taste better. Also I really like the small form factor for those times when you are working on something and vaping at the same time. Its easy to hold something like the M403 in your mouth and vape hands free.

Yup - started with 401s & 402s and stuck with them for 10 months. They got me off tobacco in about 2 months. Got tired of short battery life and ordered an eGo starter kit from cignot about a week/10 days ago, and some 510-401 adaptors from madvapes Adapters.

The 510 atty on the ego batt produces lots of vapor but not much flavor, and goes thru more juice.
The 401 atty on the 401 batt produces lots of vapor with lots more flavor and uses less juice.
The 401 atty on the ego batt - pretty much in between.

The ego batt outlasts the 401 batt about 4 to 1.

I would like a battery designed specifically for the 401 atomizer (I think it would be a slightly lower voltage but not certain of that), but with the lifetime of the ego (or better).

Yep, I have a 510 to 401 adapter from litecig. Its longer then the ones from madvapes so I can put the M401 attys on the ego with the cone and still dip with it. The M401 atty for some reason tastes better on the Ego then the standard 510 atty does. I have not tried any low resistance attys yet but thats next on my list after the cartos. Have a few of those coming in the mail this week to try out.

Chris, I wish mine is like yours!

My 401 produces vapor (not that lots of vapor) for the first few puffs, then just almost nothing. It eats up flavor so fast that I'm frustrated by their statement that 4 drops is equivalent to 10 traditional cigs. 4 drops to me is only 2 traditional cigs the most! Damn have I been screwed?

Hi Best! I started out with a Joye 510 and I love it still. I do like the manual battery over the automatic. You have more control. I've only been doing this for 3 weeks, and I was blessed to be one of the ones that put analogs down after 2 days. I'm still amazed. Occasionally, one will look good on tv, but, why would I go back to smoking 2 pad? The coolest thing is that I've always worried about being in the hospital and craving smokes! NO MORE! Of course I know I can't vape in the O.R.:laugh:

When you find the right combination of equipment and juice, vaping is awesome. In three weeks, I've started cutting my nicotine from 26 mg's to 21 mg's. I'm doing that by mixing 2 parts 18 mgs to 1 part 26 mg. I may have to mix 3 to 1. Will wait and see.

This site and the people will help you in any way they can. That is why it's #1 under a Google search. It's an amazing site......so welcome welcome welcome! :)
